In a hectic and busy life that we live in, we sometimes get caught up in the moment and forget to take a step back and relax. More importantly, we forget how to practice gratitude or kansha as Japanese people would say. Being grateful for your life, your loved ones, your health, and all of the great things going your way (into 2016) is very important. Although the grass may seem greener on the other side, it’s a very powerful feeling when we can step back and have a grateful heart that I know that we all possess!
